Do you miss being able to sit together again and play through the nights with your mates, old companions or friends? Then LANCADIA is exactly the right event for you! We’re bringing the classic LAN party back to you: the feeling of old times paired with the latest technology and an even better location! All weekend you can play your favorite games from morning to night and escape from reality for a few days.

Please note that the event is currently taking place under the 2G+ condition. This means that you can only take part in the event if you have recovered/vaccinated and can provide evidence of a current negative test report on the day of arrival. You can get this free of charge at many test centers nationwide.

Please keep in mind that access to this event is only granted to persons of legal age!

In addition to classic gambling, we have also prepared exciting mini-games, small tournaments and challenges for you. We will also do a retro scavenger hunt where you can compete in teams and win great prizes.

Technical Equipment

Are you tired of driving your own PC and monitor across Germany? No problem. You are free to bring your own PC and monitor or rent a gaming computer and monitor from us for a small fee. Renting a PC and monitor costs EUR 40 from Friday to Monday and can be paid for in cash on site. It is only important that you bring your own peripherals (mouse, keyboard, mouse pad and headset) with you.

Arrival and arrival at RCADIA

Getting to RCADIA is very easy! Either come easily by public transport or park your car in the underground car park in RCADIA and take the elevator straight to the action.

In general, a guaranteed check-in on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. applies. If you want to check in before 11:30 a.m., we ask that you send a message to our front office one week in advance. The check-out and the clearing of the rooms must be done by 12 noon on the last day of the event.

Addition: If you want to stay until Monday, you can book individual nights separately.

breakfast and lunch

Breakfast and lunch can be booked optionally for each team or person. Breakfast is €11.90 and includes a food buffet with coffee and other delicacies. Our freshly cooked lunch also has vegetarian options so that everyone gets their money’s worth. The price is a super good €9.50.
